Site Agreement & Equipment Ownership
At Iconic Vending, we operate using a simple and flexible site agreement model that allows us to install and manage vending machines in a way that is clear, practical, and easy for both parties.
Rather than complex online contracts, we formalise all site arrangements using a written Site Agreement signed by an authorised representative of the location. This document sets out the key responsibilities of both parties.
How it works
Once a site is approved, we provide a simple written agreement for signature before installation.
This agreement confirms:
-
approval to place a vending machine at the site
-
access arrangements for servicing and restocking
-
general expectations for machine use and care
-
operational responsibilities between both parties
Equipment ownership
All vending machines and associated equipment, stock and cash float remain the property of Iconic Vending at all times.
The Site Agreement is a placement and service arrangement only, and does not transfer ownership of any equipment to the site or its representatives.
Operational flexibility
As part of our service model, we may occasionally:
update equipment configurations
-
adjust product ranges
-
relocate machines between approved sites
-
replace or upgrade machines to improve service performance
These changes are managed to ensure service continuity and minimal disruption.
Site responsibilities
Sites are asked to support safe and proper use of equipment, including:
-
preventing unauthorised access or tampering
-
reporting faults or issues promptly
-
ensuring reasonable access for servicing and maintenance
Purpose of this approach
This model is designed to keep things simple.
It allows us to:
-
install machines quickly where suitable
-
maintain full service and operational control
-
ensure consistent machine performance
-
adapt as site needs change over time
